Care for the environment, sustainability, green practices, reducing your carbon foot print….there are probably a hundred ways of talking about issues related to reducing our impact on the planet. This has traditionally been a consumer issue with most business happy to follow the buying habits at the retail level. However, rising fuel costs, a push back from retailers and an overall drive for efficiency in manufacturing and logistics have made green a BtoB issue.In this audio Q&A, Elisabeth King, managing director of ABI Europe, talks about her outlook on B2B green issues and how companies can leverage their efforts to decommodify products and drive business.
